the Inn are boutique shops and restaurants surrounding the
green of West Hartford Center. Within a short driving distance
is the West Farms Mall, one of the largest malls in the U.S.
We are also conveniently situated between the University of
Hartford, West Hartford’s Campus of The University of Connecticut,
St. Joseph College, the Hartt School of Music, the Hartford
Seminary, Trinity College, the Watkinson and Kingswood-Oxford
schools, and The Hartford, University of Connecticut, and
St. Francis Hospitals. Additionally, we are in close proximity
to some of our nation's most well known historical sites such
as the museums and homes of Mark Twain, Noah Webster, and
Harriet Beecher Stowe. Other well known sites include the

In Noah Webster's childhood home, you'll find suprises, history,
and fun as you step back in time to the 18th century.
Once part of a 120-acre farm, Webster's birthplace is now restored
to show life as it was on the eve of the American Revolution,
when Noah was a young boy. You'll learn about colonial
life, Noah Webster, and local history. |
